is best for
Our space is designed for small, intentional events where people need a calm place to gather, listen, share, learn or reflect. Think workshops, masterclasses, sharing circles, coaching or therapy-related sessions, private talks, small team gatherings and other meaningful community experiences.
Equipment, setup and practical details
For most small-group events, you will find the essentials already in place so you can focus on your content and participants.
Current equipment includes 10 seminar chairs with attached tables, 12 seminar tables, a TV, a whiteboard, an extension plug, a Type‑C adaptor, an HDMI cable and a hot/cold water filter machine with complimentary instant tea and coffee. Please factor your setup and teardown into the time you book.

Rates, membership and booking
Here is an overview of our current rates so you can get a sense of budget. Our rates currently do not attract GST. Rates may be updated from time to time, so please check with us if you need to confirm the latest figures.
6-hour block
$72
A practical option for half‑day workshops and small events. Additional hours are $12 per hour, subject to availability.
Member hourly rate
$15/hour
For members using the space on an hourly basis. Optional annual membership is $20.
Non-member hourly rate
$18/hour
A simple hourly option for one-off bookings or occasional use.
