Meet
Lee Peh Gee,
a life and career
coach in Singapore
for people at
serious crossroads.
She started Er Yuan to help professionals make wiser, better‑timed decisions when big choices, quiet misalignment or repeating patterns are hard to ignore.

Peh Gee’s journey
into this work:
from Everest to career
and life coaching
Long before she became a coach, Peh Gee was deeply curious about human potential – why capable people still feel stuck, why some paths that look right on paper feel wrong inside, and what helps someone return to a clearer sense of who they are.
That curiosity led her into work centred on growth, clarity and transformation, including years in leadership and HR development roles in the Singapore Armed Forces, where she saw how people respond to pressure, responsibility and change in high‑stakes environments.
In 2009, she also stood on the summit of Mount Everest as part of the First Singapore Women’s Everest Team, an experience of endurance, preparation, teamwork and risk that went far beyond adding a line to her biography.
It deepened her understanding of fear, courage and commitment, and of what it takes to keep moving when the way forward is demanding, uncertain and deeply personal – the same qualities she now brings to clients navigating their own life and career crossroads.
Why her work blends modern psychology and metaphysics
Peh Gee’s approach comes from a simple conviction: important life and career decisions need more than surface‑level advice. She wants to understand both the visible facts of your situation and the quieter patterns shaping how you think, feel and choose.
To work with those patterns directly, she trained in modern psychology‑based modalities including NLP, Hypnotherapy, Timeline Therapy and Enneagram profiling. These tools help her explore the conscious and unconscious stories behind your crossroads, so change happens at the root rather than just on the surface.
Alongside this, she has studied metaphysics systems such as Bazi, Feng Shui, Tarot reading and mobile number analysis. In her practice, modern psychology gives structure and safety, while metaphysics adds an extra lens on timing, recurring themes and blind spots that rational analysis alone may miss – with the focus always on practical clarity and next steps you can stand behind.
Why professionals choose Peh Gee.
Professionals choose to work with Peh Gee when they want more than quick tips or surface‑level motivation. They are often looking for someone who can hold both the practical facts of their situation and the deeper undercurrents shaping what feels hard to name, choose or change.
What they find in her work is a rare combination of deep psychological training, lived leadership and resilience, and a disciplined way of working with ancient systems. She helps clients make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, recognise timing and patterns more clearly, and turn insight into grounded next steps they can carry into real life.
For many professionals, that means feeling both deeply seen and practically supported. They leave with clearer language for what they are facing, a stronger sense of what matters, and a steadier way to move forward in work and life.
