Method

Er Yuan’s signature blend of modern psychology, lived leadership experience and disciplined metaphysics for better‑timed, better‑aligned decisions at life and career crossroads.

What the Inner
Clarity‑Wisdom
Method is —
and what it is not

What it is

In simple terms, the Inner Clarity-Wisdom Method is a structured way of working through important decisions, transitions and inner crossroads with more clarity, honesty and steadiness. It helps you see what is happening beneath the surface, recognise the patterns shaping your situation, and identify next steps that fit your values, responsibilities and season of life rather than only what looks right on paper.

What it is not

The Inner Clarity-Wisdom Method is not a prediction service that tells you what will happen regardless of your choices. It is not about outsourcing decisions to a chart, card or belief system. Metaphysical tools are used as reflective mirrors to surface timing, themes and blind spots, but your decisions remain in your hands, anchored in your lived reality and agency.

The three pillars
behind the method

Pillar 1

Deep psychological training

Peh Gee is an ICI‑accredited coach and a Master Practitioner in NLP, Hypnotherapy, Timeline Therapy and Enneagram Profiling. This grounding helps her listen beneath surface symptoms, notice recurring emotional and behavioural patterns, and support change at the level of beliefs, identity, nervous‑system responses and self‑understanding rather than only at the level of habits or productivity.

Pillar 2

Lived leadership and resilience experience

Before becoming a coach, Peh Gee spent years in leadership and HR development roles in the Singapore Armed Forces, supporting people in high‑stakes, high‑responsibility environments. In 2009, she summited Mount Everest as part of the First Singapore Women’s Everest Team. These experiences bring steadiness, realism and courage into the method, especially when clients are navigating pressure, fear, uncertainty and imperfect options.

Pillar 3

Disciplined work with ancient systems

Alongside modern psychology, Peh Gee has spent years in disciplined study and practice of Bazi, Feng Shui and Tarot Reading. In the Inner Clarity‑Wisdom Method, these systems are used as reflective tools that may illuminate timing, recurring dynamics and deeper themes that rational analysis alone may miss, while always remaining grounded in consent, context and personal responsibility.

How the method unfolds in practice

The Inner Clarity-Wisdom Method follows a clear four-stage arc so the work feels grounded and coherent rather than abstract or ad hoc. The stages offer structure, but the process is never mechanical; it is paced according to your situation, readiness and what your real life can hold.

Stage 1

Clarify the crossroads

You and Peh Gee name the real decision, tension or transition in front of you, along with the pressures, people, fears, hopes and constraints surrounding it. This stage brings the true question into focus, not just the surface dilemma.

Stage 2

Illuminate timing
and patterns

Where appropriate and with consent, the work may draw on Bazi, Feng Shui or Tarot to surface timing, recurring dynamics, blind spots and deeper patterns. These insights sit alongside your lived reality, not above it, so the focus stays on wise, grounded decision‑making rather than certainty‑seeking.

Stage 3

Reframe and choose

You work together to test assumptions, uncover the deeper issue and evaluate possible ways forward. The aim is not to chase a perfect option, but to identify next steps that are wise, workable and aligned with your values, responsibilities and inner truth.

Stage 4

Integrate and experiment

Insight is translated into practical action, reflection and adjustment. Follow‑up work, where needed, helps you test what is changing, stay connected to what matters and respond to new information without collapsing back into confusion or pressure.
